Western Union has an office located on the road running north from the market/mosque area. They provide a secure method of sending money to and from Chad. Unfortunately, sending money to Chad with WU is expensive. Wiring $3,000 will cost you $145, and a $5,000 Western Union transfer carries a $240 fee (fees vary depending on whether you transfer money via phone, internet, or at a WU location).
